In these sessions we will be attending to your inner being and bringing light to the parts of you lurking in the shadow.
Working with ceremonial grade cacao for an integrative heart opening and activation or powerful breath-work to activate the subtle life force energy within.
Here you will learn how to listen and hold space for yourself. Let’s face it, life is messy, being human is both amazing and challenging at times. This journey is all about coming back to yourself and embodying who you truly are. In whole it is about your knowing yourself and knowing the way back when you find your self feeling lost in your life experience. Through this journey you will gain the awareness, tools and practices to support you along your path.
There is no one way, all of us are on a unique human journey with our own mission or learnings in this life for the highest growth of our soul at this time. We all come from the same source and will return to it. My intention is to be a bridge for you to rest in your center of your being, your heart, while you dance and surf the waves with life.
